Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Harry Potter #3) Book review

Meet one of my favourite Harry Potter books!

It’s called Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and let’s just say it is one of my favourite Harry Potter books out there. Or at least it has been when I first read it in 2016. Now reading this again, I can see why I loved it so much (I was in that awkward vampire/werewolf/paranormal phase) but now I guess since I’ve grown up and matured I think my favourite book is in fact Goblet of Fire but let’s just say I can totally see why this still holds a special place in my heart: Sirius Black and Professor Lupin. I love those two so much I think they really made the book so incredible!

Going off from Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban is the only Harry Potter book sans Voldermort which I thought was a nice change given it was focused on the supporters of “He who shall not be named” I also really enjoyed the werewolf spin on things and the backstory of Sirius and his whole character dynamic in general was to die for.

I also loved what Harry said to Uncle Vernon at the end of the book but I’m not going to spoil it for you. Just know that it’s just such a great line! XD
