So Love Simon has officially "come out" to the world...

I was meaning to write this yesterday but… well… I lost track of time reading…

But Love Simon based off of Becky Albertalli’s Simon vs the Homosapiens Agenda, has officially been released to the world!

I am super dooper happy that everyone gets to watch this movie and that I can now fangirl to some other people about this movie of awesomeness. It was like I was holding in a breath! (yes that was a Love Simon quote)

It was in fact such a good movie that it already has 91% on Rotten Tomatoes (meaning it was a great movie) to the point it has already been certified fresh!

Congrats Becky and to all the Simon fandom you are the ones who made this all possible!

I'm so darn excited for it to come out in Australia! Counting down the days until I see it! I adored the book, it was exactly what I needed at the right time.

As said in my previous posts, I've had to pleasure to watch it a month before it's official release and I too am counting down the days to watch it again!

Ahhh same here. Just a heads up: a lot has been changed in the movie but it's still such a cute movie! It also gives off the same messages/light hearted feel that Simon vs the Homosapiens Agenda gives off and I'm sure everyone around the world not just in Australia and certainly not just the YA audiences would love it! I really want to watch it again and again it makes me cry every-time I think of all the feels I got when watching it for the very first time!

I saw it super early too! It was absolutely amazingggggg. The cinematography was top notch, and I actually feel like we got to know the side characters a lot better than we did in the book which I loved!
I’m actually tempted to go and see it again, haha

I’m going to read the book and then hopefully I can get a chance to watch it. But my family don’t have enough money to pay for my book and movie addiction ;(

:( I was lucky enough to go to a free screening with my book club but I know what it's like to not be able to have enough money for things. I was desperate for a trip to go to Japan with my school for a ski trip (I don't know I've never been overseas ever in my whole life and for someone who wanted to find happiness in the "great wide somewhere" this was a MAJOR opportunity.) but things turned out quite differently than what I hoped for...

I live my life inside Adelaide with no other place to visit except Rundle Mall. I'll love to go to Victoria/Melbourne someday. You guys get all the cool stuff!

Hahaha so true, especially in Ballarat(-minus the bad traffic). They really should make an Inside a Dog app

That's really funny considering my whole family are all green thumbs ;P I think flowers would bring them to Ballarat
